Bentley provided Design Criteria Package (DCP) services for the City’s new Fire Station No. 1, which was set as a Design/Build project. The new fire station is 15,618 SF, including four apparatus bays. The new facility contains living quarters with a kitchen, dining room, day room, office, training, and bunk areas, and utility areas with MEP, SCBA gear, maintenance, compressor, bunker gear storage, decontamination and laundry. The station was designed to Silver LEED certification.
