Bentley’s scope provided architecture and engineering design for the City’s Public Safety Department Annex, a 11,002 SF two-story building located adjacent to the Altamonte Springs Police Department, which remained operational during construction. This renovation included new administrative offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, enlarged reception area, and a new aluminum entrance canopy with building signage. A fire-protection system was also incorporated into the existing building to accommodate the annex’s conversion into the Growth Management and Building/Fire Safety Department. This project was completed on time and on budget.
