The Altamonte Springs Fleet Maintenance Facility is located within the City of Altamonte Springs, Florida public works complex. To enhance the functionality of the building, the City engaged Bentley, under a continuing contract, to spearhead renovation design of the Fleet Maintenance Facility.

Bentley’s scope included the design of new administrative offices and parts storage; to be located in existing maintenance bays, rework of the existing storage lofts, upgrades to emergency power, and other miscellaneous capital improvements. Site work consisted of the new oil storage area’s concrete slab, permanent bollards, screen wall, and roof structure work. A new extruded aluminum canopy was added to the existing building to protect equipment from the elements.
