Description: This limited access facility project  involves FTE mainline reconstruction, widening, ramp adjustments, relocating and expanding the existing truck parking  lots within the service plaza to a centralized location. Other scope elements include flexible and rigid pavement design, milling and resurfacing, pedestrian improvements, maintenance of traffic and circulation of pedestrians, stormwater management, utility design, utility coordination and relocation of miscellaneous structures, signing and pavement markings, roadway lighting, TESLA and FPL charging station relocation, permitting through SFWMD and FDEP.
