Description: Bentley is the Prime consultant on this project for the design and preparation of construction documents for a truck parking facility to accommodate the existing and future regional freight parking demand on the I-4 corridor in Osceola  County. The site is approximately 40.1 acres, supplying 230 truck parking spaces. An 8ft sidewalk surrounding the truck parking site will be added, as well as a sidewalk connection from the site to the sidewalk along CR 532. Bentley’s scope includes drainage, utility coordination, building design including amenities, lighting, landscaping, and signing and pavement marking.
