Description: Bentley is currently providing architectural and engineering related design services for the reconstruction of the Northbound and Southbound I-95 rest areas in Brevard County. This project includes the design, permitting, maintenance of traffic, demolition of the existing structures and construction of two new rest areas, including buildings, fixtures and equipment, automobile and truck parking areas, interior circulation roadways, site amenities, sidewalks, utility connections and stormwater management. The new rest areas feature a thoughtfully designed version of FDOT’s large rest area prototype to fit the site parameters.
