Description: Bentley is providing architectural and engineering design services for the new Mosquito Control Service Complex. The scope of this project includes building a larger campus by expanding the land westward, based on the report masterplan, replacing the existing buildings with new and providing new ancillary facilities. Construction will include new tilt-wall buildings, metal buildings and related site improvements. Key buildings will be hurricane hardened. Facilities at the campus include an administration/shop building, chemical storage building, secure storage building, centrally located helicopter hanger and landing pad, vehicle wash building, vehicle fueling station and chicken coop. The construction, demolition and occupancy will be phased with the Administration Building & Shop Building, to be located at westward expanded site, being the first new buildings to be constructed. The existing Volusia County Mosquito Control will remain operational during construction.
