Description: An integral part of the LPGA Boulevard Development of Regional Impact, this project involves the design of 1.85 miles of a new high speed minor arterial roadway, allowing for the completion of a vital Volusia County transportation link across I-95 between northern Daytona Beach and the LPGA area.  In addition to the design of a 2-lane (ultimate 4-lane) divided roadway with sidewalks, the project includes two bridge crossings, including one at the Tomoka River, one underpass, two stormwater ponds, ten cross drains, and extensive environmental permitting.
