Description: The scope of this project includes the design of a new fleet administration and maintenance facility to serve the eastern portion of the School District of Osceola County. The project also includes a fuel depot, bus washing facility, and a remote restroom facility for the bus drivers. Also included in the project is the design of a 200-bus parking lot, 350 car parking lot, administrative/visitors parking lot, service drives, site drainage, and associated landscaping on a 25-acre site.
