Description: This project included the construction of a 23,475 SF enclosed pre-engineered metal building maintenance facility and an attached 15,200 SF covered area with a 2,950 SF internal mezzanine. A 27,230 SF covered generator storage area was also provided South of the Maintenance Building with parking for 70 generator trailers. The Maintenance Building includes the following department spaces: Collections, Distribution, Electrical Group, Lift Station Group, Water Plant Maintenance Group, and Shared Shop Area with adjacent service rooms. In addition, the 27.8 acre site was re-developed to include a new parking area, pump wash-down pad, dumpster enclosure, re-surfaced driveways, sidewalks, medians, new perimeter concrete wall and all necessary site and building utilities and infrastructure.
