Description: Bentley provided Design Criteria Package (DCP) services for the City’s new Fire Station #1, which was let as a Design/Build project. The new fire station is 15,618 square feet which includes 4 apparatus bays. The new facility includes living quarters with a kitchen, dining room, day room, office, training, and bunk areas; utility areas including MEP, SCBA gear, maintenance, compressor, bunker gear storage, decontamination and laundry.  The station is designed to Silver LEED certification.
