Description: Bentley provided architectural and civil and structural engineering design services for a new fire station of approximately 16,300SF. The new facility includes four drive-through apparatus bays, living quarters with bunk room, day room, kitchen and fitness areas as well as general office areas for administration. The facility also includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design. A generator supplying emergency power to the entire building is also included. The facility includes a safe room designed to withstand winds up to 140mph. The project is LEED Certified.
