Description: This CDBG project included design and permitting of 1.5 miles of 6 ft sidewalk and an analysis of the existing pedestrian facilities at 3 locations in Osceola County: Koa Street from Laurel Avenue to Berkshire Avenue, North Roma Way from Ormskirt Boulevard to Oren Brown Road, and Osceola Parkway from Orange Blossom Trail/Us 441 to Michigan Avenue. In addition to ADA enhancements, Bentley incorporated new driveways, an enhanced drainage system design, upgraded bridge fencing, and new pedestrian signal heads.
