Description: Bentley provided architectural, civil, and structural design services as the prime consultant on this Capital Renewal Project. Scope items for the site included: repair existing parent loop and bus loop, replacing damaged and non-compliant sidewalks campus wide, and any incidental utilities, storm water; landscaping, irrigation, and site lighting. The building package included: exterior renovations, repair, and replace existing roofing system on five buildings, assessment of all door hardware, campus wide, and addition of acoustical wall treatments in cafeteria. Mechanical items included in the package were new electrical water heaters, new HVAC chillers and pumps, replacement of all exhaust fans, AHUs, and all air dampers. Additionally, new fire alarm and intercom systems, replacement of lightning protection systems, and exterior lighting replacement at the chiller yard rounded out the school renewal updates.
