Description: The City of Clermont’s new public works complex was developed on an 18-acre site. It includes site utility infrastructure, including power and communications, roadway, parking and material laydown areas. Also included was a new 10,500 SF administration building, a 23,300 SF warehouse/fleet maintenance facility, 10,000 SF of covered vehicle parking, a fueling island and a vehicle wash station. A diesel generator design was included in the project to provide emergency power to the site during and after a storm event. Coordination with multiple city and public works stakeholders was required.
