Description: This project consisted of the phased demolition and renovation of the City’s existing Public Works Facility to include a new Administration/Workshop Building, a Fleet Maintenance Building, a Chemical Storage Building, and Covered Equipment Parking while the site remained open and operational. In addition, the site was developed to include new paved parking areas and driveways, an emergency generator, dumpster enclosure, perimeter fence with a sliding gate, and all necessary site and building utilities and infrastructure. Work also included replacing the existing radio antenna and relocating the existing 11,000-gallon above-ground fuel tank and pumps. The vertical structures included a 33,000 SF Administration/Maintenance Building, a 16,000 SF Fleet Maintenance Building, Pre-Engineered Metal Building covered parking and a Pre-Engineered Chemical Storage Building.
