Description: The scope of this project involved the redevelopment of the existing community park. With close coordination, we ensured we addressed the City’s needs while staying within the construction budget. The project included five vertical structures, including a Community Center and Therapeutic Pool buildings, a multi-use pool, a multi-purpose field, basketball, tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts, children’s playgrounds, outdoor pavilions, walking paths, increased parking facilities, site lighting, and a retaining wall. With no space for on-site storage, an underground stormwater management system (the largest in Florida) was required and installed below the multi-use field and the parking areas. 

The park is in a dense residential neighborhood, so our team maintained constant coordination to limit impacts on the adjacent property owners. Bentley was involved in every aspect of design, from the preliminary planning and schematic design through the final punch list and project acceptance.
